Horrible service. Male medical assistant Anthony had a horrible attitude and lack of patience when speaking to Patients. The waiting time is too slow. You must take an entire 2 days off in order to be seen and have everything done because the wait time to get in is ridiculous. They need more workers and the workers should work with better attitudes.

Had a 1030 appointment. I arrived at 10:15, knowing there’s always paperwork involved. I was seen in around 11:15. Finished the majority of my physical, yes this is just a physical, around 12:15. After which I was told to wait for the PA, they showed up at 12:45. Then noticed that part of my physical had been missed. I finally got out of there at 13:30. Three hours for a basic physical is way too long.

Extremely busy but very efficient staff. Pleasant, friendly and generous with beverages and snacks for everyone during their extended wait period, also TV in the waiting room entertains during the wait also.
