A family member required a hearing aid, and he purchased the Omni Audicus online. We were both extremely impressed with the service that Audicus has provided. The technician Kristen Knight spent an hour on a Zoom call to explain to us exactly how the hearing aids work, how all the accessories are used, what is required for maintenance, and even how to set up the APP to be able to use the hearing aids with an Iphone. The support specialist Angela has also made repeated calls and sent several emails to check how my family member has been able to adjust to these new hearing aids in the first week after receiving them. All in all, to date, absolutely excellent service from a company that truly seems to care about its customers' satisfaction.
