We had a great experience here great warm water in the pool and the hot tub was nice too. All was well until the morning of our departure when we were packing up to head to the next adventure when we stopped ants all over the nightstand. We could not trace down where exactly they were coming from. Very disgusting none the less.

Positive: Staff was so friendly and helpful. We had to leave at 4 am and they even packed a breakfast for us the night before. Very clean room and spacious. Great exercise facility. Negative: Slightly off the beaten path but not a problem to find at all.

This was probably one of my best hotel stays ever. The room exceeded my expectations, it was so nice! The staff were all very professional and friendly. Super comfortable bed in the two room suite. It had all the cooking utensils we needed, dishes,etc. The location is really cool too because it's nice and quiet, but close enough to everything. I will definitely return. If you haven't stayed here yet, you definitely should. You won't be disappointed.

I booked a king suite a month in advance since we were going to a planned show in Madison. We got to the hotel at 5:30PM to check in and was told my room was not available anymore. Instead of the staff helping with this situation the receptionist just stared at me like it was my problem the hotel was overbooked and then told me to step aside so she could check in a guest who walked in behind me. Once they were done she proceeded to tell me they didn’t have my room for me and just stared at me. I asked “how are we going to resolve this problem as we need a place to stay?” She said she would give us a smaller room and take $20 off our stay. My original booking price was $106 with taxes and fees for the king suite and somehow I ended up paying $110 for the smaller room. Not sure how the $20 was taken off. On top of this, the room was not cleaned, it was very obvious the staff just picks up the floor and makes the bed and leaves. The bathroom counters had toothpaste around the sink still from whoever stayed here previously. The toilet was very broken since we walked in the door to the room. And when we arrived back to the hotel after our show, there were absolutely NO parking spots. How there are not enough spots for each hotel guests is insane to me since there’s literally no where else to park unless you want to get towed. This hotel is a joke. I was told my room being overbooked was “not the hotels problem because of those third party booking apps and they can’t control how many people are booking their rooms.” That sounds like the hotels problem to me and not the guests. Complete disappointment and a waste of money.
