I made an appointment online, received an automated confirmation, sent in details of the project via email as instructed, received regular automated reminders via email of the appointment. I adjusted my schedule to be available for the electrician. They didn't show. There was no communication at all about needing to reschedule or that they would be late. So I don't know if this is actually a real outfit with real people doing real work - I never spoke with anyone (only voicemail, and that mailbox was full) and never received a personal reply to my email.

What an amazing pair it was to work with John and Sam!!! They were professional, funny, cordial and made sure everyone was happy with the service and repairs. Answered any and all questions (yes, even the stupid ones!) and made me feel at ease with the service and pricing. Will definitely call them again in the future and ask for John and Sam by name!!!

We needed some electrical work done, so last month we called a different company in the area. Four cancelled appointments later, the work still wasn't done, so we booked N&N Electric instead. Four days later, the work (which the other company said would take all day) was done in a few hours at a cost $300 less than the other company quoted us. N&N Electric is a fantastic company! We have had them do work for us on several occasions, and we will never use anyone else.
