Prompt friendly service. Had wheel bearings repacked. They added a new ground wire for my trailer lights cause they noticed is was a bit dim, no charge! Also gave me a free locking pin for my hitch.

Customer service that goes above and beyond! These guys installed my gooseneck hitch in the bed of my truck and did a great job. A few days later my husband and I were out working on adding the extender coupler (for short bed trucks) and were having a heck of a time making sure that it was properly installed (didn't want any hurt horses!). Strangest and most fortuitous thing happened- Dan happened to be dropping off a tool to our mutual friends house (just happened to be where we were storing our trailer), and he was extremely gracious in making sure that everything was properly aligned and set to go. Needless to say, we were extremely grateful for Dan's gracious and generous assistance!!!
