I wish I could give this place more than just 5 Stars! I ordered my flatbed in August, 2021 and it came in in April, 2022 (supply chain issues not Idaho Trailer Sales' fault). Idaho Trailer Sales kept me updated on the progress and status of my order and were always helpful and friendly. On the day of my install, I dropped off my truck when they opened and it was done just after lunch that same day. They honored the original price they quoted me back in August and they even installed some really nice mud flaps at no extra charge. I'll be purchasing an aluminum trailer in the near future and I'll definitely be buying it from Idaho Trailer Sales. I have trailer options right here in Reno, but I'll gladly make the 7+ hours drive to Buhl, ID, for the opportunity to give I.T.S. more of my business.

Wonderful people and their service was wonderful. I was offered one of employees pickups to use to go to breakfast, that's unheard of now day's. They we quick and did a professional install on my new flatbed. I recommend these folks to anyone. Thank you guys.

We had a flatbed installed by Idaho Trailer Sales. With limited stock in the valley I drove 2.5 hours to have the flatbed installed. The staff was great, friendly and allowed me to wait in their break room while the bed was installed. The bed was installed quickly which made my day much easier. Overall we are satisfied with our experience. However, when I returned home from the 2.5 hour drive, my husband noticed an issue I did not prior to leaving their lot. The camera that we paid extra to have installed on the bed was not put in very well. While I understand cameras aren't easy to install, this issue could have been avoided or could have turned out a little better. We did contact the business and let them know overall we were happy we just wish the camera was mounted a little better. To which they did not seem very concerned, and said some cameras are hard to install. They offered for their installer to give my husband a call back. In my opinion either don't up charge a camera install or don't offer to install cameras at all. Like I said at the beginning of this review over all we are happy and are overall satisfied with the flatbed. If I could I would post photos here. But did so in the Yelp Review.
