Positive: Nothing Negative: Roo. In poor repair. Brown ooze coming out of the freezer. Ac vent so dirty we had to wash it so it would work. Left tons of gunk in the shower. No free breakfast.

This was my first AND LAST experience at a Motel 6. When we got to the room (at night) the external part of the door was COVERED IN BUGS. When we went into the room we noticed the floors were dirty but we shrugged it off. Then, we got to the bathroom and the sink had food leftovers AND toothpaste residue! The shower looked so filthy we didn't really want to shower at all and 3 of the 4 towels looked dirty. Additionally, the bed covers are so filthy that I don't think they've ever been washed! I wouldn't stay here again even if they payed me! Do not stay here!

I stayed there for 2 weeks with my dogs out of desperation (later May to early June 2022), and not much was positive. ANTS EVERYWHERE, and it got all in my poor dogs food bowl. The bed was an absolute rock, but at least the non-smoking room didn't smell like smoke? Memorial weekend was weird, and one (I believe non-memorial) day, some guy showed up and wandered around for like 50 minutes screaming for some girl and started yelling threats of beating her. He sounded like he was either on something or mental, and no known action was taken by staff (which they would've heard. I stayed in the room right next to them). I also had issues with pay there and my bank said that I was shown to have been being charged an extra night that I did NOT stay. I had the option to file a dispute, but I would've lost my card and would've had to get a new one by doing so. I did not have the time to do this, and when I called to talk to staff about this, the lady I spoke to was incredibly unprofessional. Most staff was friendly, but she was not. I was not comfortable with how she processed my pay either (I paid daily. She stopped swiping my card and stopped telling me the cost I'd be charged like everybody else did, despite the rising prices. She just grabbed and used my info from the system. I am unsure if this practice is normal, but it felt incredibly unprofessional). I would check every time after paying my bank account and how much I was charged. I had 3 instances where I suddenly had pending payments, even though my first payment for that day already went through. It just felt odd, and I'm not sure if that was normal or not. I would reccomend this motel for desperate people like me in non-summer months (there was no downpayment for the room), but I could never see myself recommending this place for anything beyond that.

Rooms not cleaned properly. Roaches in rooms. People fighting all times of night. Dogs barking through the night. No handicap parking. Then to top it off they took money off my debit card with out renting to me
