I've done both dine in and take out. My experience with both has been bad. I was curious if anyone else also had bad experiences. I do mobile ordering so it's easier for me to order exactly what I want. The first time my drink was made good. But had to much ice. I'm not picky but the first time I ordered I did mobile and went in. I saw my drink was already at the counter. There was no ordering line just people waiting for there orders. I said excuse me. No one answered me. I stood for a while. Then someone from the drive thru window came up to me asking what I needed. I said this is my order and asked if I needed to confirm it was me or anything. She had a snippy attitude with me and said no you can just take it and go. The second order I made there was almost no strawberry in it when I order two scoops and the woman at the window interrupted me to let me know I needed to wait at the order window to tell her why I was there. There was no one there. Because she interrupted .me she didn't get my order name. I have never had this problem at ANY of the other Starbucks and the ladies are very nice to me at the other ones. So I will now drive to the other side of town everytime I want a drink. I recommend not coming here if you want customers always right cause they are not nice to there customers. I've given multiple chances.

My drink was the best of all the Starbucks in the area! I came to this one specifically for this reason!

Staff is always friendly. Very clean store. I like to order ahead on the app and pick up. Saves so much time.
