I thought they were open until 11pm (close at 10pm); at 9:59 I put in a full dryer load, went to my car for water and turned around to go back in but it was already locked with lights out and nobody around to let me grab my stuff; my laundry was locked in the building. I called the number but only a busy signal so I set my alarm to be back when they open at 5am and got here at that time—now it was open and my laundry was totally gone, again nobody around and the phone number still not working—I lost all my work clothes, bedsheets, and a lot of daily clothes and no one to contact about it because it auto-locks at night and whoever cleans it is gone before they open and the phone number is not in service?…

Clean, machines always working properly, coin machine always has change, TV to keep you busy while waiting. Area of town safe. Off of main road. Next to area that has food and stores available if you want to leave to shop or eat while items in dryer or even buy a car like I did once.

I thought it was clean, but I was a little disappointed with the way my clothes smelled after getting out of the dryer versus Express Laundromat. I would have gone back though because of the washer sizes and cleanliness except for the fact that we were running close on time when they closed and the cleaning guy came in there and kept staring at us waiting for us to leave and I didn't realize that they charge 25 cents for only 8 minutes and I put 2 quarters in and my clothes were still wet and I felt too uncomfortable putting another quarter in because of his behavior so we went home with several bags of damp clothes. I can go to Express Laundry wash my clothes and dry them in 20 minutes for 2 quarters, so I will definitely stick to my normal laundromat.

I will never come back to this place. I called the manager because his machine did not rinse my clothes. He rudely asked which washer it was and said he tried to send someone over. Half an hour later no one came. I'm a single mom of two i can't afford to be spending extrat money unnecessarily.
