Young lady in office is such a hard worker. I have empathy for her having to work this type of a job. I would not want to deal with all the rude people out there. I'm on the list over 3 years and waiting patiently for that phone call, that's all you can do. Covid has changed everything in the world, be patient, good things come to those who deserve and wait for it.

I called this place about 3 weeks ago looking for a place to live and the lady who answered told me I didn’t want to live out there because the apartments were old and the tenants weren’t cared about . Needless to say I won’t be moving out there if their own manager is saying that

Well to be honest with you I never knew that Avery Apartment exist, until my cousin moved there a month ago, but my way of telling you about the Avery Apartment is to go to the office they can help you out best of luck !
