In the past, I have used physical therapist that were located in well-known sports clubs that didn’t help much to improve my pain conditions. When I found New Age Physical Therapy in Bayside about 20 years ago, I had used Nirav and Ami to recover from three rotator cuff surgeries, back pains and neck pain. Unlike other PT, they will carefully monitor your progress so that you will not injure yourself. They will explain why certain exercises are helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also have assistants that monitors your routines to ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly. Special shout out to Kevin who is always correcting my forms. Lol. About a week ago, they had moved into a brand new office on Francis Lewis.

I love coming to do my therapy at new age they are very patient and caring also gives you the time you need to do the exercise that is needed, no rush, they also have an amazing staff. I will 100% recommend.

Been going here for years as my sports injuries have varied, but the friendliness and the quality of the care here never changes. I love that Nirav and Ami are also runners and understand the wants and needs of athletes. The office is tidy and clean and the staff are very professional. Highly recommend coming here for treatment!
