H&D Physical Therapy - Upper East Side

I had a wonderful experience at H&D on the Upper East Side. I had been dealing with pelvic floor soreness/pain for months and couldn't find a solution. Irene at H&D was a godsend. She was caring, understanding and solution-oriented from the minute we met. I walked out of my first session feeling immediately better, with probably 70% of my soreness alleviated. Irene is a master at what she does and H&D is lucky to have her. Overall, everything at H&D was clean, efficient and professional. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful in terms of scheduling, insurance, etc. I definitely recommend H&D for physical therapy needs - I'm so grateful I found them.
