5 stars honestly doesn't feel like enough. I was hooked up with Charlie for 2 bulging discs in my neck, causing serious shooting pains and numbness down my left arm. I couldn't sleep, workout, or even turn my head past 45 degrees. In just 10 sessions, my neck feels nearly exactly like it did before. No pain, no numbness or tingling, complete range of motion. I have a new lease on life. As someone who regularly trains and competes in MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, this felt like an end to my combat sports career. I cannot thank Charlie enough, and the team as well, for everything they've done for me. I cannot recommend them enough for your physical therapy needs. Especially if you're a combat sport athlete.

I have been going to evolve for my tendinitis in my ankle for a few weeks. Donna and Dorthy and the rest of the staff are so warm and friendly. You get the feeling that they truly care. I love that they explain why they do each step. You won’t find a physical therapy facility with this wonderful of a vibe anywhere else.

My daughter Delaney was diagnosed with torticalis at three months. She made improvements, but then after going back to daycare she fell behind again. Her muscles were stiff and a physical therapist with early intervention said without therapy she’d be behind and unable to crawl. Evolve was a life saver. Donna was incredible. She immediately put me at ease. Each exercise and stretch was explained. In addition she’d send me videos to help me see how I could do it at home. Her gentle nature meant that my daughter was comfortable and even smiling during therapy! In addition, Mehran and the rest of the staff showered my daughter with so much support and encouragement! It was a wonderful experience and I could not recommend them more. Beautiful facility too. Today Delaney’s nine months old and crawling and pulling herself up!

Hi Melissa, You do not need a referral to come for trigger point therapy initially. For some insurances we need a doctors name on file so that we can send some paperwork for them to sign, but it's a very easy process. Give us a call 718 258 3300 and we will make it all easy to get started
