The staff at Medford Miulticare are very friendly. The rehab here is excellent as well. The rooms are kept cleaned on a daily basis. Nurses are very attentive. I would definitely recommend this facility if in need of there services.

This is like a second home to me. The cna's are very caring and very attentive. The nurses are right on time with medications. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs a rehab center.

If there was a no star option that’s what I would give this facility. The absolute most disgusting facility. The poorly trained staff that work here are horrendous as well as administration. The care for these residents is so poor. Good help the ones that can’t talk and fend for themselves. I wouldn’t place a dead dog here.

My husband was just recently discharged from MMC. He was there for short term rehabilitation. The physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy departments were excellent! The gym on site is huge, and filled with so much equipment! All the therapists were professional and diligent and they all prepared him well for his return home. The facility is kept clean and they take covid protocols quite seriously! I can't say enough about the nurses and aides on 2B! All very caring and thoughtful. Although he did not take advantage of it, the recreation department does a great job of trying to keep residents active and entertained. The food service could use an upgrade however. Overall, he had a great experience.
