Short waiting time, professional friendly front staff and nurse, and a Dr. who listened. He knew right away what I had and had the prescriptions called in within MINUTES of ending my visit. I have NEVER had a better urgent care experience. This will be my, and my family's urgent care from now on. Literally everything about my visit from start to finish was great.

I am usually not the one to leave reviews but when you get an amazing experience, you just have to share it . I have heard a lot of great things about this place from family. I took my mom, who was very sick to Physicians Care Center in Chubbuck and was pleased with experience. The stuff was very helpful and checked us in very fast. We got to see Titus, he was very friendly and VERY caring, listerned to all of the concerns and was quick to determine what needs to be done in order for my mom to feel better. He called us a few days later to make sure she was getting better. Titus is a very knowledgable and caring doctor, I really hope we don't ever have to go to instant care but if we do, this is the place we will go. I highly recommend it.
