I had a great doctor there who was very attentive for the time I was with him. Ascension, on the other hand, is awful. It took 40 minutes of waiting on the phone to schedule an appointment 3 weeks out. Then, when I arrived, they took too long checking in - verifying information they already had on file - before informing me they no longer had time to see me that day. They said they'd call in the needed prescription refill. Spoiler: they didn't. I am now on minute 20 waiting to rectify the situation. It really is a shame that a large conglomerate has taken patients for granted. No doctor is worth waiting over an hour just to schedule a routine appointment with.

Very bad service everytime i come its always the ladys that are at the front desk . they are always talking to another an i could be waiting 5 mins long till there done with there conversation to get my son in for his appointment .. They are rude !!! The lady screams an says ugg you can go over there in a rude tone not the service thats suppose to be in a clinic . i been coming here for years an only because the dr my son has is good . other than that you guys should change your whole front desk this isn't high school its a clinic 👍 when i came in for my appointment i let them no i was here an 20 mins later im still waiting for someone to call so then i went back up to the desk an they said there sorry they didnt put it in then they did so it was crazy the service i always get hereJazmine Smith, thanks for taking the time to leave your rating. My experience at this clinic was wonderful. Everyone I encountered- the receptionists, the medical assistant, and the nurse practitioner- were all extremely kind. I came quite near to closing yet everyone was cheerful and patient. I felt truly listened to and respected, and the nurse practitioner was not only very knowledgeable and helpful but also just a truly sweet person. I would highly recommend this urgent care clinic. Also, if you call ahead you'll avoid a wait- I was in and out quite quickly and left feeling very satisfied and grateful.
