It was okay. Went in to unclog my ear. Got the job done. Front desk (both on phone and in person) were really nice. You have to make an appointment right now because of covid. Just want to say the one Np I had wasn’t the most friendly. The Nps and Drs that I have good experience with are patient, compassionate, and understanding. She made me feel rushed, unsure, and didn’t take the time to explain things. Didn't feel very thorough. I would understand if I weren’t the only patient but there was no one in line after me she just held the door and didn’t double check how I was afterwards

I went here for a shingles shot which went fine ( took about 60 seconds) but I got a bill for $330. My Medicare plan said it should only cost me $47 and they paid Aurora the balance of the allowed amount. Still getting $330 bills even …
