As a referral source from the New York State Unified Court System, specifically the East End Regional Intervention Court , the East End Veterans Court and the Suffolk County Drug Court, to treatment agencies and to recovery/sober houses, I have had numerous opportunities to refer our specialty court participants to New Hope Rising. I have found New Hope Rising to be one of the absolute best recovery houses in our area in that the structure and additional offerings provided to the residence is unparalleled with any other recovery house we have utilized. First and foremost, the financial piece is a reality and New Hope Rising has always been amenable to working with our referrals to make this factor one to easily navigate. Second, their communication with us regarding our referrals is professional and timely which is so very important when dealing with early recovery and accountability to the courts. And perhaps most notable, our participants rave about their experience with residing at New Hope Rising! ! We hear of their feelings of safety and of the genuine concern they receive from the staff. In addition, we hear of the incredible opportunities they receive in learning and experiencing a variety of coping skills and activities such as meditation, 12 step recovery programs, yoga, community activities, etc., which are so important to one’s ongoing success in recovery. Bottom line is that I, as a referral agent, highly recommend and support New Hope Rising. I commend Danielle and Lauren for all their hard work and dedication to the recovering community that they serve. Well done ladies! Nobody said getting sober would be easy but New Hope Rising, said and showed me it would be worth it. I attended New Hope Rising in 2019. I was there a little over a year before I graduated. They have an incredible staff. They genuinely care about each an every person that walks through their doors. I’m a lot to handle sometimes but they showed me unconditional love, listened to me and truly understood me. They made me feel accepted and cared for, always. The owners are very involved which you don’t see often with most programs. I’ve met them personally and they’ve been a huge support along my journey. They make sure all of the residents are comfortable and have everything they need. If it wasn’t for New Hope Rising I honestly don’t know where I would be today. This program helped save my life. I highly recommend them. Thanks again guys I’ll never forget what you guys did for me!

I had the amazing experience of getting my second chance at life through New Hope Rising. Their rehabilitation program and activities for personal growth are outstanding. I particularly loved art therapy, equine therapy, yoga, the singing bowls, one on one counseling, outpatient rehabilitation, and going to AA and NA meetings and events. With their detailed structure, buddy system, beautiful living accommodations, and accountability for your actions really kept me wanting to be the best version of myself each and every day that I was there. I have 15 months of sobriety now and I still start my day with making my bed, morning affirmations and gratitude lists and prayers, attending meetings, and being accountable for my actions. I am the happiest and healthiest version of myself today! I especially loved Debbie P. My house manager. She kept me going and believing that I too could have freedom and happiness if I worked the program and stayed true to the myself and the plan. Thank you for giving me my life back.
