This is a beautiful apartment , I was looking forward to moving in but unfortunately they changed too much for a studio, I am disabled and this is a perfect place for me but the apartment that I currently live in dose not fit my needs. If you guys can lower your price range, for a studio. A studio ranges from 1275-1375

Worst maintenance services ever they don't even return ur call no matter how important it is they will never fix the issue guy name George tells you he is so busy he will stop by tomorrow and that tomorrow never happens I wish I can give them 0 stars

New renovations and prime location make this 40 unit building a great place to live. Laundry facilities are good as well as an on premises superintendent and bi weekly pest control contribute to the friendly atmosphere. Clean and well kept, rents are a bit high but you get what you pay for. 24 hour groceries/gas (3) within 2 blocks as is a CVS store. Bus stop to city is on the corner. LIRR 4 blocks. Post office and Library as well as supermarket and shopping center are all walking distance. Security cameras and well maintained lobby, parking lot make this a good choice for anyone looking for clean, safe, well maintained rental.
