They have free parking which is a big thing in downtown Missoula. Montana Antique Mall is in an old hotel with a basement and three other floors. Because they have so many vendors, there is hardly any repetition of items. So you really want to visit each floor. It was 99 degrees outside when I visited them and they have no air conditioning. The basement and first floor were bearable. It was quite warm on the third floor. The clerks were very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the most beautiful and varied antique stores I have ever visited. There are 4 floors of treasures, including books, jewelry, clothing, decorations, stamps, stuffed animals, tools, and farming equipment. One of my favorite areas is the staircase with Christmas lights and stuffed animals. It is beyond charming inside. I could get lost in there for hours! I was especially pleased to find a 1983 made in Middle Falls, NY velveteen rabbit! He looked like he was just waiting for me to find him on that shelf full of stuffed animals. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Be prepared to spend some time looking around here, many nooks and crannies, basement included to explore. Seems like something new around every corner. They have a “ yard sale” in the parking lot in the summer which is fun. Good variety of merchandise. Good use of this old vintage building.
