Took my large dog to be bathed today. Walked in to a snarling dog being bathed. The aggression unnerved me and my dog. We were put right next to this dog and the snarling worried me..the shampoo was watered down to the point I used a 12 oz bottle and still couldn't get any suds. Time to dry..nope. Had to wait for the owner of the nasty dog to finish first. My dog was shaking from all the noise ( also small children NOT being monitored and allowed to run, jump and holler). We left without getting dried..too much noise and snarling..will NEVER go back. Next time? U Suds Em in Eugene..a far superior operation-same cost.

I'm so glad I don't have to try to wash my 50 lb lab mix at home any more! Not only do I feel so much better standing rather than bending over a tub, but I get to leave all the mess and hair for someone else to deal with. Reasonably priced and the staff is friendly.

They have elevated tubs that your dog can walk up into. Great idea, saves on the back! They also offer everything you need to clean your dog including complimentary cologne and perfumes.
