Codi at this location is Amazing! After my partner called multiple store and got some run around and some short unhelpful answers he called and talked to Codi. She was so helpful that we drove in 3 towns away to see her. Then she humored all my (no-clue) questions and our 4yr Olds too. She provided us with so many great answers and through information that we completed the purchase and felt so confident and happy at the end we felt like we got a new car. Extremely excited and wish we could just teleport home! Thank you beautiful for helping our family connect!

Went in to buy a game for my son. Cashier was friendly and we started talking about games we're working on. I told him I was playing Bioshock collection, he then proceeded to spoil the entire ending. Nice. This is why GameStop is dying off

Have been a member with GameStop for multiple years now and more then a loyal customer and lots of money put in with them. Made sure to check if I could sell certain game to them online and said was able to do so and called the store to confirm and make sure and was told by Audrey that yes I could certainly take it in for trade and when I spent my time to make sure I go sell it to them and went in there after confirming online and in person to be told that I can’t sell it to them and they can’t to anything about it. Very unprofessional system and staff and updates and information. Video Game Head Quarters knows how to work with you.
