Absolute car wreck of a time to contact a representative, youd think this was a top secret FBI facility. YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER. Rattle off code, machine doesnt understand it, YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE WITHOUT A CODE. LET ME CONNECT YOU TO A REPRESENTATIVE. Location is not clearly marked, nor is it easy to tell where customers should enter. When I went in, the counter attendant hardly seemed to notice. Good customer service would have been to look at me, and say, "I'll be right with you as soon as I...." instead, he stood with his back to me and neither looked at nor spoke to me until he finished the task he was doing. Then he brought me one of two packages, and I had to tell him to go look for the second package. If I had not known there were two, I would not have received it and it would have been returned to the shipper. And it was only luck that I did know, because the two packages were from different sources and it was only coincidence that they arrived the same day.
