Honestly I really want to like this place and I want them to be my go-to tattoo and piercing shop, but they are impossible to get ahold of. On multiple occasions I have called at various times throughout the day and never get my calls answered. I’ve even showed up before and tried calling and knocking, no answer. By luck I showed up once at the same time as someone with an appointment and was able to slip on in and get fast prompt help with a piercing…it’s too bad they aren’t easy to call up and schedule with. I’m not sure how anyone else is having luck with them.

My husband and I saw Alex to get my nostrils done and his earlobes done. Alex was extremely professional and kind. He asked professional questions to make sure he was giving the best service he could. I've had my nostrils done before at a completely separate place and they unfortunately did not heal and I had to take them out. Alex made sure to give great advice so my healing process was more smooth and already I see a huge difference. He also made the positioning on my face 100X better! You will need to talk to the artists at the shop but the two I ha e received there seem to be priced both on time and intracacy. They are really great about quoting a price if you send a design first.

A parent, mask,, ID if you have and make appointment. They only are working by appointment. When the appointment is made ask if they need anything else especially because you are not an adult.

Basically, you need the actual ID: "For Insurance purposes, at Steady we begin piercings at 14 for earlobes and helix piercings. At 16 we pierce navel, eyebrow, septum, and complex cartilage. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and it must be the guardian on all documentation. The guardian must bring a valid government issued photo ID, the minor must also bring the same identification. If that is not available, a current school ID will work. You must also provide an original legal document (birth certificate, adoption papers or guardianship papers, etc.) to prove legal guardianship. We must have these documents in order to pierce you. We do not perform genital, nipple, micro/subdermal, or oral piercings on minors."
