The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Had a problem with my truck, they asked me a few simple questions what was going on with it. got it to the technician and they took care of and repaired it. Advisor even contacted me a couple days later to see if my truck was running better and it was. Had a great experience bringing my vehicle for service. Where to begin, I always bring my vehicles to your shop for repair. Well this particular time I brought vehicle in for inspection since it looses power when accelerating. They could not find the cause of loss of power which is fine. Problem is I was told they drove the vehicle to check the symptoms and could not find an issue. When I picked my vehicle up the tire pressure light was on with a dashboard message indicating tire pressure loss. Next thing is, my brakes are scraping very bad. No way they would have noticed if vehicle had been driven. When I bought vehicle in my brakes were not the problem or I would have notified them of the faulty brakes. Go figure!

Call the dealer and ask for service manager. I had to jump through some hoops, but got a new transmission, and new exhaust $5000 in total parts/labor just by complaining. Btw, i have purchased 5 cars over the years there. If you find service manager, they can and will help if your concerns are valid.
I would agree... its recommended that you take your car in and see what is suggested to u...by your specialist.
