Why are cars parked on lefferts blvd between 84 ave. and metropolitan ave. There are signs reading no parking anytime. I pass through this area many times different times of the day. I have of said cars, never seen a ticket on any cars.

I believe there is a club over there call the oligarch. The valets park other people cars there when there is a function.

But you can walk into your closets precint 102 Oct at 118 st & jamaica and ask in person .
