Was involved in a hit and run about two blocks away from the precinct. Called 911 on three separate occasions plus this precinct once because no one showed up in a span of an hour and a half and was told each time that we have to wait where we were. Ended up driving to the precinct and the officer by the front couldn’t care less. He tried to blow us off, told us to fill out a report online, and refused to fill out a report for us at the station. Although we have the other car’s license plate, he gave the impression that we should just let our insurance handle it and that nothing was going to be done to the woman that hit my car. The careless to not even respond to an accident so close to your precinct, lack of empathy from your officers, and how the whole situation was handled was worst than the accident itself.

In my point, it's the worst seal that does everything wrong. Which I'm riding my motorcycle just because I wore a helmet. They gave me 5 tickets. They also discriminated against me because of my race

When it comes to 311 calls that I have made. 80 percent of them get unsolved. Officer really don’t come, they will close the case a few mins after making them. Many times they will close cases without even making an appearance claiming they found nothing(while I’m waiting for them outside). 311 is supposed to help with quality of life.😞
