Went to return a gift I got from a family member from Athleta - the size was far too big for me. The sales associate found random white marks on the pants, which were unworn by me and there when I got the pants from my knowledge. She accused me of wearing them and trying to return. Felt very unprofessional and frankly uncomfortable. Another employee came to help and returned the pants with no fuss. Maybe it was a one off, but that was one of the minimal experiences I have had with Arhleta and it was very disappointing.

Every thing that is advertised on the window with Simon Biles is out of stock or they don't have it. Hmmmmm. They don't sell what is advertised. My girls couldn't find anything on the picture that they saw. Manager needs to get busy.

The products have declined exponentially. Two leggings I have both got holes quickly and are fraying at the seams. Staff would not compensate for either when I brought them in. Too bad with how high the prices are, I plan to shop elsewhere for leggings.

First time at this location and it was great. The service was wonderful. They all (Ericka, Molly & Haley) helped me figure out what looks good on my new post baby body type and gave me other suggestions as well as searched hard for specific things I was looking for or offered a nice alternative. My new favorite location!
