Absolutely amazing and they really do care! I had purchased a flea collar for my cat not reading the box. I opened it to put on my cat when I smelt it, I knew something was wrong. Finally reading the package I realized it had peppermint oil which is poisonous to cats! I went back to just let them know and they gave me a refund even though I had completely opened it! Super thankful since I’m on a fixed income while receiving chemotherapy. So thankful for them and I will continue to shop there but be more assertive. Shame on the distributor for using toxic ingredients!

Recently changed to this pet store, used to go to big name petco and petsmart!! The reason for change is because of my German shepherd who needed special food and supplements for hip problems! Will not be changing pet stores anytime soon due to the amazing and knowledgeable staff, affordable pricing. Especially Seth who works there will help you to the best of his knowledge and ability with the upmost professionalism and the most caring! They love animals and it’s not hard to see! Remembers us by name now! Supporting a small business!! Small change big turnout! Would highly recommend this place for anybody who’s an animal parent!
