Horrible customer service! I've had an account with Wells Fargo since I was 8 years old. I've had a business account with them for the past 10 years. I will be switching banks. Why does someone need to insert their card to exchange petty cash for larger bills? Is this one more way for the government to track us? Way to go Wells Fargo, you lost one more customer.

I was visiting from out of town and have a business account and usually go through fast. I waited in the business line 10 minutes and no service! I just walked out and nobody seemed to care and the employees were just walking around. My husband went another time and same problem for him. I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with this location because in my state they take care of things fast. You guys need to be faster or just acknowledge your customers.

Is this the way you treat the customer who wants to open a new account? Let them wait more than two hours? No restroom. And when I used a restroom from other restaurant nearby and came back this bank. They asked me to queue up again. Is it crazy？Worst service ever.

The majority of the employees are well mannered and professional and they have helped me in difficult situations, it may be smaller than other Wells Fargo locations but the service here is the best i have come across when compared to other locations
