My son's girlfriend and I went to Danville Nails today. I've been to many salons and have NEVER had such a bad experience. The lady was very, very rude. First, she wouldn't let my son's girlfriend pick the lengh of her nails. She also wouldn't give us time to choose what colors and designs we wanted. I will say we were indecisive. However, no one was in the shop and this was our first, and last, time there. We wanted to look at the colors and designs she could do. Second, she first told us $50 each, and then said it was $55 for the nails after they were finished. Next, She didn't lotion my feet afterwards. I still had dried, rough toes and my feet weren't that bad when I left there. Then, she left all of my son's girlfriend's cuticles loose and hanging off on every single nail. She didn't show me until after we left or I would've made her fix them. Last, she watched me sign my receipt and of course I didn't tip her after that terrible experience. Last, l had finished my drink while we were there. I ask if she had a trash tothrow it away and she flat out said no. I ask again because I thought maybe she misunderstood. She replied she had a little one. I ask if she would throw it away and she said no! We will NEVER go back there again!! If I could I wouldn't give her any stars.

She is rude my mom and sister just went and she was so rude and awful how does she have a Business? She needs to be shut down she had my mom send a picture to her phone because of Corona and she didn’t even have to touch her phone she has to be SHUT DOWN!
