Very modern room, the jakuzi room was the best and only $70 a night. The check in office closes at 9pm everyday though, but so worth staying. The room was also very clean.

Working in dunbar and was originally staying at super 8 there. But I much prefer the coal River inn! Out in the country, very reasonable weekly rates ( $200 cheaper than super 8), and the owners are extremely nice

Brother died and had to drive 7 hours! Asked the lady for sympathy to allow our little dog (child) if she could stay. My fiancé is a former trooper and told her we would pay any deposits & had no place to stay. Lady was rude and cold towards the situation. My mother found her son,my brother dead. We know for a fact they have made exceptions in the past. Never again

Stayed a couple nights this weekend because family had stayed a couple years ago and were pleased. The owners are very nice. I expected things to be old but clean for the reasonable price. Our bed headboards were very dusty, beds didnt have fitted sheets , the bedspreads had burn holes in them, the toilet was leaking, most of the lights didnt work, were given towels with big holes in them so I will not be back. Very disappointed.
