If I could do more than 5 stars, I would. I was completely blown away by the atmosphere, professionalism and expertise at this hospital. From the moment I walked in to the pre-surgical room for my spine surgery, I was greeted by the most incredible, professional staff I have EVER come across. Debra, Tracey and several others ensuring I was comfortable, continuously ensuring I was ok, and communicating to my family members while I was in the pre and post rooms. Then to go in to my room for recovery, having the distinct pleasure to be with Renata and Angela while also having the pleasure to be cared for by Sara and Ev... Just phenomenal. But to deal with the OT and Pt personnel and Kerry as well in the initial PT care, I was completely blown away. Not like that was enough, the food was impeccable and I just had to call the kitchen prior to me leaving to say thank you. I mean, short ribs for dinner, an omelet the way I want it with whatever I want for breakfast, as well as a turkey, bacon and avocado wrap for lunch that was out of this world... Mind you I'm a chef lol. Just impeccable. Phenomenal. Fantastic. Incredible. I can't find the perfect words, but know you are perfectly taken cared of when you are here. To the staff, I cannot thank you enough! To upper management, appreciate these members, and your staff. They are what makes your hospital so incredible and need to be recognized.

went early in the morning er was fast but they did absolutely nothing to figure out the issue with my back. No X-ray no orthopedic doctor was recommended only some doctors office on union turnpike that had a rating of 2.6 out of 5 so no thank you. All they did was give me a lidocaine patch and some Advil. If that was the case I would’ve been better off going to cvs. I don’t recommend going to this hospital they’re absolutely useless 718 just get a patch on the back with no effort to see what’s the issue. Oh and the kicker is they’re saying that’s not even the entire bill.

Visitation hrs are from 9am-8pm two visitors are allowed must be 18 or older, but all exits are final. If you're the only visitor and you leave then come back keep in mind you are counted as a second visitor. Proof of Vaccination is needed or a Covid rapid test within 72 hrs is need to wait in the lobby or enter to visit.

Pretesting is on 2nd floor
The self parking is in a three level building with an elevator and stairwells. If you park on the upper levels and go towards the Back stairwell you have a ramp behind it that goes down to street level at a gentle slope with 3 wide, low and long steps. The steps are sufficiently wide enough to accommodate a walker or crutches. The parking garage is across the street from the hospital visitor entrance. Directly in front of the hospital is the Valet parking. It is more to park there unless you have handicap tags for you or a passenger. If so, valet parking is free. It is also free if the patient is being discharged from the hospital. Just bring the discharge papers to the cashiers office with your parking ticket for validation.

I'm sorry for u, but this Hospital & everyone working there are amazing. This Hospital Saved My Life. I just found out I have more Aneurysms in my head & this is the only Hospital I will go too!

Of course everyone situation is different but from my experience, oversight and initially contact would be by an an experienced dr with follow ups and monitoring done by students. Ive spent at least 45 days at this hospital with my wife this year and can say its about a 35-40 percent of the visitation are done by experienced doctor since they are splitting their time between patient visitation and actually doing procedures/operations. Just keep in mind that the condition you are going to the hospital for will dictate who you will encounter. My wife had a very serious condition which required a higher interval of patients dr communication over her 5 + month in and out stay.
