Make an appointment to do a search and review records. It takes a few days. When you get there. They will give you a file with all your house files. Then you can copy any documents they have. You have to make an account on citizenserve first and make the appointment from there.

Depends on the town as all municipalities codes differ..But I would say most definitely yes.
You will need a building permit if you are changing the configuration of the driveway. You will also need a highway permit if you are working in the Town Right of way.
