Thousands of mosquitoes. Lake was full of dead fish and consequently flies everywhere. Tight campground for trailers/campers. Nice for tents. Clean bathrooms nice efficient host. Pretty lake when not full of flies and dead fish. Lots of wildflowers and no motors on lake. Subalpine lake so cold for swimming but the kids got in.

Very nice campground in a very beautiful area with lakes and trails. The host keeps the campground up nicely and is very helpful. Prices are reasonable. Be prepared for lots of mosquitoes! It was easy to get a campsite before July 1 and then reservation start and it seems like it will be more crowded especially on weekends.

Love this high mountain lake! The campgrounds are clean and spacious with many little pockets of forest go the kids to explore. Fire wood is available from the camp host for $6 a bundle. 🌲💚🌲
