They have chickens. Butchers can remove bones from chicken if you ask nicely.

Not sure ive seen lamb tallow and usually that much tallow is not in the fridge. Best advice is to give them a call place an order. They will likely be able to help you out

Sorry, Dan. But we do! We get the whole animal, and we generally get 2 beef a week. That's 4 picanhas for ya. Dan's right though that you shoyld still ask in advance. Since we only get 4 they go quickly.
