This store consistently closes 10-15 minutes before the actual “closing time”. Sign on the door says “closing at 9pm” - I showed up at 8:50 and was denied entrance.

This is seriously the worst pharmacy I have EVER dealt with. I had medication called in and I waited almost 2 hours to pick it up. When I go in to pick it up the girl working the front counter insisted they had not received any medication orders for me. I repeated to her it had been called in. She only checked the computer and then would not return to the front counter to discuss this but left me trying to speak loudly across the pharmacy while she was 2 counters back. I left out of frustration and had prescription filled elsewhere. They called me 2 days later saying my medication was ready. I will not use this pharmacy anymore.

If one doesn't want to work in pharmacy. . . DON'T. Their 2-yr techies are dishonest and don't know an a** from a hole in the wall and to make up for it, they're dishonest and give contradicting information. So do the pharmacist'. Beware a ginger. Depending on the pharmacist', will depend on your day. Promise ya that. I'll try another CVS in due time, but NEVER, EVER this one. The district needs to overhaul this one.

Chose this location because they had the booster and a good time slot. Got stuck in some traffic so I tried to call. Stayed on hold for 12 minutes with the most ear piercing awful music I have ever heard. So, if CVS wanted me to have a really annoying experience- they made that very easy. The one star is for the nice employees TRYING to provide a pleasant experience.
