It's always a pleasure to be there. Everyone there is professional, friendly, courteous and welcoming. They also excersise very Covid conscious behaviors.

I've been taking Spanish classes remotely with Claudia Mendoza. She is a TERRIFIC teacher! Finally learning Spanish....along with very nice classmates.

It extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone here. I tried calling before I registered for a class to I could figure out what level to register for. But no one picked up or called me back. Then I registered anyway, thinking that once they know I am a paid customer they would put more effort. But even after that no one called me for a placement test or with information on how to join. I had to be the one to waste my time by calling almost daily. There were time when I was on hold for 40 min and then ended up hanging up. It’s really frustrating. Even with emails they are slow. I was expecting much better customer service considering how expensive it is. There is nothing good I can write about the class because I can’t even get over the effort and time it took me to register and get the book. Now I am trying to get a hold of someone for make up classes because I will miss two of my classes. And no one picks up again. Terrible customer service.
