We made a Pidyon Haben this past week at the Mitzvah Center. The place is nice and newly renovated (ceramic tiles). The place looked very nice- but is small- can sit up to 100 people). The washing station for the women was outside- in the dark in a laundry dirty ugly sink- and they didn't provide any towels or paper towels to dry hands- people ended up using the fancy paper goods which I purchased for the event.... (Just bringing to your attention if you do end using this place for a full sit down meal then keep this in mind). Also unless you have waiters keep in mind the kitchen is down in the basement, which is a pain when serving food and having to constantly run up and down..... Otherwise it's a nice place to make a small Lchaim!
