Very efficient pre-check-in….really expedited day of check in…..technicians and assistants very pleasant, kind and friendly to make experience less daunting. Four instead of five stars only for excessive wait time between appointment and actual test. Estimate was two + hours, actually took 3+ hours. Other than that all else was great.
