I just went there today for blood work and I had to wait for almost one hour. When I went to ask the rude lady in the front desk, she told me that I'm going after all the letters because I have a number. So if more people who comes after me get letters instead of a number like me goes first then I'm never going to get to have my blood work done. It doesn't make any sense. Any question I asked the lady in the front desk she answered me very rude. I left without having my blood work done at all because I can't wait any longer. Honestly, if you want a better care, better drive 45 minutes to Westchester to Phelps, New York Presbyterian in the Cortland extension or even White Plains hospital. I would not even put one star here but apparently it's necessary to review.

Everyone was so nice when I came in through emergency. Bret set my wrist and really made me feel safe and in good hands. My wrist looked like the #1 from stranger things got me😄 and Bret got back in alignment

Won’t let me in to see my friend because I wasn’t vaccinated. She took my temp, and gave me a mask. All checked out okay. Then she denied me to come inside because I didn’t have a vaccination card. Sad world we live in today that if you’re not vaccinated, your not allowed to visit your loved ones in the hospital. Absolutely disgusting. Worst hospital I’ve ever been to.

I have only done same say surgery so cannot say for sure.
Along with the 10-8 hours, only 2 visitors at a time over the age of 18

Hello Glenn, Yes, there is a cafeteria on site. It can be located on the lower level of the hospital. It serves both hot and cold food daily.
