Kafayat thank you so much for helping me. She helped me through my distress in the rain and the food was fresh. Thank you.

About 1 week ago (8/29/22), I ordered 2 mild wings & 6 garlic parmesan wings in one of the two 8 piece orders that I placed. The 2 mild wings had no sauce & no taste. Also, the 2 drinks that I ordered were substituted with two 12 oz. cream sodas. Now, I didn't order cream soda & the combo deal was not listed as including 12 oz. drinks. I had noticed in the past that service had been "slipping" with Wingstop - you know, "little" things, such as: - my selection of drinks being substituted without contacting me first (to at least give me a choice in the substitution) - my fries being cold & my drinks being warm upon delivery (Now, I DON'T like cold fries; I DON'T imagine that there are very many people who DO like them) - the bag that the food is delivered in being so full of grease at the bottom from sauce that had spilled (I'm still trying to figure out how the delivery man ever made it upstairs without the bottom falling altogether out of the bag) - And last, but not least (and my personal favorite), my food being left outside of my door on the dirty hallway floor without the delivery man even being bothered to knock on the door or to ring the bell That last item presents a problem for me in 2 ways: 1. Someone could have walked off with my delivery and enjoyed a free meal (at my expense) 2. I find very little enjoyment in regard to eating already prepared food that has been left unattended, sitting in a hallway (WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU ATE FOOD THAT HAD BEEN SITTING ON THE FLOOR?) Wingstop has to get it together better than this. You have already potentially lost a customer (that, being me), and you may stand to lose many more of them. You would do well to remember this: When it comes to wings, "you are NOT the only game in town".... especially at your prices. Think about it.

I ate there and my experience was not good. The wait was long and the wings were dried up and overcooked. I will not return.
