Security guards that work the morning shift are terrible. There’s one racist old white woman who works the front desk that has a problem with anybody black or Hispanic entering the building. Very unprofessional security guard staff that needs more customer service training Asap!!! Besides the terrible security staff, doctors and hospital was 5 star but security staff should get negative 0

I could not have had a better experience at Dubin Breast Center. Everyone was positive and had a great attitude. I was helped quickly and my needs were attended to, even when I had a request that was not planned for. I cannot stress what a great experience it was, and the nurses and coordinators made my day.

They lost the cd I brought in of previous screening mammograms I had at Lennox Hill Radiology, a much better organized place. When I called about it, I was told to get the name of the person I gave the second CD to, but they were reluctant to give a name and unapologetic. Two people there told me appts and results appear in MtSinaiMyChart, and I heard them telling other people that, but it’s not true, as someone admitted to me when I asked at the front desk. Disorganized place.
