The items they accept and the days they are open to accept items are posted on their website. I emailed them with a picture of the items I wanted to donate. They emailed me back fairly quickly with instructions on what days were available to drop off.

You first need to qualify through a participating agency (social services etc) and then while the furniture is free, if you require delivery there is a delivery charge of $75 for curbside and $150 for delivery into your home.

You must go thru your social worker and their agency to book an appointment with us.

Our clients have small apartments and unfortunately this wouldn't be suitable.

Generally, sleeper sofas and recliners are too big and too heavy to fit into most of our clients' apartments. Hi, unfortunately we cannot accept the donation of a full sized desk. The spaces that or clients go into are typically small and they haven't got the room for more than the basics. Thank you for thinking of us though.

Yes we do! We take twin, full, and queen sized mattresses and box springs in good condition. No rips, stains, smells, or bugs please. We also take adjustable metal bed frames.
