I went there only because I needed a doctor to sign off my lab reports for my school admission, I thought I should just get my physical done if I am going there. I needed few viral titres ( just one blood test ) and regular work up done. He ordered bunch of tests which were not even required. I had to cross out additional tests which were more in numbers than the required one. Occult stool test at the age of 30? Without family history?. I am medical professional and I told him so. He still ordered those tests so I am not sure if his regular patients who are mainly Latino community from neighborhood would know what he is doing.

Terrible place. The assistant seems to be calling the shots. Barely ever see Dr roedan. Was supposed to get bloodwork done for a bunch of things and this "assistant" forgot to put in the order so blood was drawn for nothing. Ridiculous. It seems like the owner tries to search patients names to determine if the review is credible or not. Doesnt even address the issues at hand. The hold time is Ridiculous and they're always confused or refusing to help.

Calling into the Practice is so odd...just spanish music for about 8 minutes. Cool but not very professional. once someone picked up, she kept disconnecting me. Beautiful and very expensive website. But how does one make an appointment with the crazy answering service? Doubt the docs know. It's always good to check your business's answering service and experience what it's like to call in as this is the first impression ppl get into your business or practice. I noticed in one review, as I waited on hold, that someone wrote a negative review about Dr. Socrates Roedan. There was a reply from the practice politely saying there was no one there by that name. Yet on the RD Medical website, he is noted as one of the doctors. (haha..) something appears to be very off about this practice, that suggests more may be happening here than meets the eye. I couldn't help myself but to keep calling to set up an appointment - OCD or whatever- it was so odd that they kept either putting me on hold only to hand up or when I finally got someone she seemed so confused and dazed about why I was calling. oh boy. Best of luck to anyone who ventures into this office. Buena Suerte!

Worst receptionists. They answer and they hang up on you several times for no reason. Not professional. These people should not be working there.
