The person works in the front (security) is not nice at all. My appointment is 8 am and she didnt let us in till 8:30am. She was raising her voice to us. So what is the point having early appointment if you jut going to wait outside. She was unprofessional. The clerk as well is not nice. She gives you attitudes. If your not nice to people your patience satisfaction is zero.
