Not the lobby. Close it down for at least 3 hours 12am to 3am. Though there is a few schedules still running in that time. Security guard is still there. Customer service in the window there to 5 or 6, not sure when they open though. You can buy tickets with credit card at kiosk or pay cash on bus exact change.
