Dr. Aslam is unprofessional and extremely rude. He is unwilling to explain anything! He gives an incredibly random amount of tests without explanation and for no reason at all. His office team is also super uncooperative, disorganized, and rude. A few days ago, they forced an interpreter onto my grandmother even though she wanted to be with her daughter who speaks fluent English. The interpreter later threatened that she would be sedated if she did not cooperate with the phlebotomist. Not only is this negligence but this is medical intimidation. Threatening a patient that they’ll be sedated? On what grounds? This is absolutely heinous. When my mother finally came into the room my grandmother was visibly out of breath and in tears yelling for her daughter, “where have you been?” When my mom reached out for her the medical assistant kept pushing her out of the room and threatening her. Meanwhile, the phlebotomist was taking my grandmothers blood which the medical assistant left to her disregarding her own job. While the medical assistant was threatening my mother, my grandmothers hand became completely covered in blood. It was to the point where her pants, the table, the floors and even the ceiling was covered in blood. My grandmother is 83 years old. If a simple blood drawing has to be this chaotic, how can patients even be properly diagnosed? And to be clear I am not blaming the young phlebotomist at all I am blaming the rest of the staff.
