I would like to thank everyone at Kroger Pharmacy from the bottom of my ❤. You have helped me so much in the past three years. I have been ill much of life as a child, adolescent, young adult and now almost 62 in May of 2022 I can honestly say I have met many Pharmacist over the years. But Nathan L Rowbury, Pharm. D, RPh is most thoughtful, thorough, kind, professional and always wearing a smile. He doesn't forget anyone that I have witnessed with remarkable customer skills. What knowledge he has too. i called kroger’s at 745 am to see if the money center was open and running yet, the lady named melissa that answered the phone repeatedly say that i can’t get money services until 8am, understandable….so i proceed to walk inside kroger’s minding my own business to patiently wait to be serviced just to walk in and over hear her rudely mocking me to another worker about me asking if it was possible to get a money order a little early ( bc i had work at 8am myself) as if i was rude or had an attitude. im sure we all say things good or bad about customers but it should be on the low where other customers or the customer that actually called and hearing can’t hear!!!!!
