Prices are to high! I found cheaper propane almost $2 cheaper! This is why I left. My dad rented the tank in 1995 I took over in 2008 and just left. Tank rented all these years and the only thing that was ever done was 1 bad paint job as maintenance. It seems like tank would of been paid off after all these years.

Not very happy I have been a customer for over 25 years but the price at $3.96 a gal on the gas is out of this world. everybody in the area is around $2.00 a Gal I have lease your tank for ever so i tried to buy your tank. You told me you cant sale it to me. I had to get to a other comply. and buy a tank.and spend over a $1,000 So not ever Happy so I cant Tell anybody about you If i did it would be bad. That this is the way you treat customer of 25 Years

What a worthless company Suburban Propane is. Their trucks have ongoing maintenance problems, they are overpriced, and their management team can't get on the same page with good or effective communication. They also don't take care of their employees the way a company should. Your better off taking your business to a more respectable company.

We bought a used tank from Able propane before Suburban bought them out. when i called them to come fill it they said my tank was now a Leased tank and I'm renting it from them..I have asked for a copy of this lease agreement i signed 5 times and they can't supply one."because there is not one" then they tried charging me 3.99$ a gallon for propane when everyone else sells it for 2.35$ a gallon. I would not do business with them again.
